Shelter Insurance

I would rate the actual website if I could. The insurance people are kind. The app is way behind and it’s annoying as heck. There are some things that are suppose to help your rate where there’s no set date for it to come out and you to be charged. I’m tired of having that randomly come out on my account without alerts. It’s the biggest thing that makes me mad. How is it all these other apps can send alerts “your account will be charged on” and this company can’t? We even have AI now. If it was a constant set date each month it wouldn’t be as much of an issue but it always varies and I never know when I will see it. That makes me mad. Bob is absolutely fantastic my insurance has been through him and Shelter since I first started driving and I can honestly say I am happy with my insurance and the services it provides. My brother in law locked my keys in the car and they came out with no issues. So, Thank you, Bob and Shelter for doing such a great job.
