I also question the ethical practices of this branch. I have been a customer for eleven months, paying for home and auto insurance. I called the office to get a quote for insurance knowing my auto insurance should be reduced due to a ticket and an accident falling off state records. I was refused a quote on two different phone conversations. Reason offered, "I had not paid my membership dues for November 2024". This was extremely frustrating since I was told by Kasey the agent signing me up in May that my dues were yearly and therefore would be expected May 2025. Choose wisely people. This office is certainly difficult to deal with. And why am I expected to pay dues to advertise for a substandard company?

Love the personal service I get here. The ladies in this office are always kind and greet you with a smile and they always handle my business promptly and efficiently and I have great insurance.

I truly believe this specific location is operating in an unethical manner. I strongly suggest you look elsewhere for insurance before you end up in a hit and run like my girl friend and they leave you out to dry on the claim after she had been a great loyal customer for over 10 years?! Seriously???? She does not even know who her agent is anymore? This is unheard of to me. Every agent I have ever had (Never used KY Farm Bureau) checks in with me yearly to see if they can save me money. This place is the complete opposite. After reviewing what she has been paying for (the insurance products...), she has been completely taken advantage of. We will be getting lawyer involved as her car is left unsafe (headlight/turn signal were crushed in the hit and run) let alone the other damage t

Mike Crane kfb has done a great job keeping our houses and autos covered in insurance. Always can get a human to talk to me.

The employees at the company have always treated us like family. I have had a pleasant experience with them.
