If I could leave zero stars I would. I have been with this agency for 7 years and my policy just kept renewing. It was not until the last two weeks that I need to change something on my policy and I called 3 times in two weeks and each time I was told that someone would call me back after they got off the phone. Absolutly crazy. I am in the process of filing a change of agent BUYER BEWARE!
