I wouldn’t even give a one star if I could have. I walked in looking to switch out of one agent to theirs. I have had State Farm only since 1981. Never have I had such a bad experience. My current agent is impossible to reach. I am forced to leave VM’s to which nobody returns. I have been waiting 8 days now for an answer to what should be a simple question. I walked into this office to see if I could switch agents. I was rudely told they don’t take switches and that there are other agencies in the area that would. I guess they don’t need my business. Totally disrespected and disappointed. I will be shopping around.

Nick at St Farm is fabulous! He handles our insurance for our new yacht and has been so helpful! We’ve now moved our cars to him as well.
