Stopped in to get a quote and wasn't even acknowledged upon entering the place. The only person there was on the phone and in between calls, she asked me if I was there to make a payment or to purchase insurance. All without a greeting or even speaking. Before I responded, I told her good morning, which prompted her to repeat herself. I told her why I was there and she said ok, it'll be a minute and then returned to her phone call. Very rude, disrespectful, unprofessional and a total lack of customer service, needless to say, I purchased a policy elsewhere.

Thank you Julie, she was a amazing person she went over all of the insurance rules and regulations things that you would be interested in things if you wouldn't be interested in she was just absolutely an amazing representative she's an asset to this company.

Awesome staff. The young lady that helped me was informative, friendly, and had a great sense of humor. I will continue to use them.
