Hughes Robinson Financial – Horace Mann Insurance

Horace Mann cut our home/auto insurance rates in half (and we even found out we were underinsured, so we are getting more coverage for less money). We much preferred working with the local agent vs. the big corporations we have been with for the last 10 years (first Progressive, then Liberty Mutual). Mark has been great to work with. Overall, we have been very happy with the switch and would recommend it to anyone considering switching.

I was shopping for a new used car and never expected to buy one the same day I was at the dealership, but they had exactly what I wanted. There was a lot of paperwork that needed to be done and one of them was getting an insurance binder for my new car. I just want to give Christy Smith cudos for being on top of it and promptly getting the paperwork to the dealership. She has also assisted me in the past, and her service has always been no less than excellent! On a scale of one to 10, I would give Christy a 100!

Mallory Eurich gave me a quick quote on both home and auto insurance as our homeowner's insurance was set to increase $1000 annually. The auto insurance was $100/month less than what we were paying, and our homeowner's increased less than $100 annually instead of $1000. She answered my plethora of questions and got our new coverage in less than a week. We are very happy with our coverage and her service.

Malloy is excellent to work with and goes above and beyond every time I interact with her. I have never had an agent willing to work on her day off to establish a new auto insurance policy for my son and me, which was necessary before he could drive the new car off the lot. It was a fantastic experience working closely with her, as she coordinated between the car dealer, my son, and me, all simultaneously. Talk about being able to multitask! Although I don't have the authority to issue a raise or bonus, she deserves one.

Marc Cooper is amazing and so nice!! He will help you how ever he can. The office staff is super friendly never felt like I was a bother.
