From start to finish, the process was smooth, efficient, and handled with true professionalism. In particular, I want to recognize my adjuster, Ben Steffler, who was absolutely outstanding. Ben was prompt in his communication, incredibly knowledgeable, and walked me through each step so I always felt comfortable and informed. He was patient in answering all of my questions, thorough in his assessment, and made what could have been a very stressful situation feel manageable and straightforward. Nick Ranney was our assigned adjuster. He was very accomodating to work with, listened to our concerns, and fair in his damage report. He did a nice job of balancing our needs with those of Auto-Owners.
