State Farm has done a good job with me so far, and I have been a customer now for the past six months. They have been honest about what my coverage and premiums would be, and I really appreciate that. I find their explanation to always be thorough and helpful. So far, things have been quite reasonable. I even received a decrease in my premium this pay period. When does that ever happen? I was pleasantly surprised, and am appreciative that at least so far, there has been nothing unforeseen that has happened, which I have unfortunately experienced with other insurance companies.
