Called to move my withdrawal date because of financial reasons and wanted to move it forward but instead of moving it forward, they moved it backward so now I owe two payments two weeks sooner than my original withdrawal date. Their solution was to suspend the autodraft and make the payment manually but then I would lose the discount on top of making a payment late. Their response; it's out of our hands because billing said there is nothing they can do to change it in their system. Wow. way to help a long time good driver customer Allstate.

I recently moved out to Florida. I contacted this company to add my homeowners to my automobile policy I never got a return phone call. I find this poor professional courtesy. As a professional myself I would never have lost a client like this. I’ll be looking for a new Allstate agent or from a new company in entirely call
