Sharon Sullivan - State Farm Insurance Agent

Somewhere along the way, someone changed my one-star review to a five-star review. This is not fair... Terrible experience. From what I can tell, this is a 2-person office: the Agent, Sharon Sullivan, and an Office Manager. The Office Manager, Daniella, is knowledgeable, but currently, she has failed to return my call from 3 days ago. She is also the gatekeeper for the Agent. Daniela informed me that I cannot meet in-person with Sharon Sullivan. And, a telephone call with her would be difficult to arrange. The only possibility is contacting her through email. I am insuring 3 properties and a vehicle and was looking for a simple 5-minute conversation to feel good about doing business with this Agency. I was with my last insurance company for 18 years and looking for a long-term business

My wife and I moved up north a year ago, and needed to transfer our insurance to an in state agent. Not only did the process go super smoothly, but we ended up paying a ton less! Great service all around.

The agent change process was quick and easy. Our old agent never reviewed our policies with us, but Ashley did and pointed out changes we should consider. We are now better covered and paying less! We can't begin to thank her enough. I'm not one to post reviews, but Ashley deserves every bit of praise for going above and beyond all expectations! If you are considering a change or looking for a State Farm agent, I highly recommend Ashley!

We moved our insurance to Sharon Sullivan State Farm about a year and a half ago. Ashley, the office manager, has been a wonderful help both with saving us money each month but also with getting a claim moved along and ultimately getting us reimbursed in a timely fashion. I can't say enough about what a great job she does!

Sharon and her office are amazing! Super friendly, responsive and a pleasure to deal with! Whether it's adding coverage, a new policy or filing a claim, they really care and make the process easy for their customers! A+++++
