My husband, grown children, and I have had multiple State Farm insurance policies for over 45 years. Most of that time has been spent with one SF agency, but one that has recently closed due to retirement. My first reaction was that of anxiousness since the trust built with that office was exceptional. Little did I know that I would feel an immediate trust and rapport with our new agent's office because of an off-chance meeting with Julie Then.
