A few years ago our church made the decision to place our property & liability insurance with Shapiro Insurance Group. It has been a pleasure working with Jerry Busby who is not only very personable but highly knowledgeable of the insurance industry. Jerry is an excellent communicator and service oriented as well. He promptly answers any questions or concerns we have regarding our insurance coverages. We look forward to our continued relationship and highly recommend his services.

Jerry Busby handled my entire business policy with ease. And my policy was complex! I continue to have ongoing changes and he always answers on the first call and gets back to me what I need quickly. Great resource for all things business insurance!

Five stars is not nearly enough! I have Shapiro insurance for my business. While my insurance may be through Shapiro, I want to point out the reason for my selection of this company. My agent, Jerry Busby. Over my time with Shapiro my trust in insurance has only grown because of Jerry. I recently had the unfortunate event of having to make a claim. I immediately reached out to Jerry. He put my anxiety to ease and guided me through the process of getting the claim started and submitted. I cannot express the level of stress to anyone properly, only those who have walked through a loss can truly understand. RIP OFF BEWARE!!! Horrible experience with this company. I worked with Jon Little and its been a very unprofessional operation. The agent and his supervisors are absolutely unhelpful. They let my insurance policy lapse twice by not insuring auto draft for payment was in place. Jon insured me that the policy would auto renew through Liberty Mutual and it did not. Then the price I was quoted for my policy increased nearly double at the end of the year “audit” for no reason whatsoever. I would not use this company to insure my dog house!

Horrible I'm a 30-year loyal client. My spouse died. I moved out of the area. I still have not received my refund. They made the wrong check in early December. Rachel made me mail back their mistake (that could not be used) before they would send a 30 year client new check I could cash. It is now January 2024 I still haven't received my money. BUYER BEWARE
