I really like Shane over the phone. When it come to making sure that my policies are all taken care of my phone calls are returned, aka business, that’s a different matter. I switched from State Farm for better coverage. Except I am missing some coverage and vehicles. I can’t get a return call. It’s been a pit in my stomach I made the wrong decision to change.

I’ve known Shane for a long time, even before he was in the insurance industry, and he has always had a unique professionalism. He is a problem solver and was incredibly helpful, responsive, and easy to work with. Even after a recent accident on our record, He provided good coverage at a reasonable cost. Christian is amazing! He is very patient, professional and easy going. Allstate was the first company I called, but I wanted to call around to compare rates. He took the time to inform me of every discount I could get. Christian even touched base with me a few hours later to ask how my search was going and if he could be of any help with furthering my decision!
