I have had many Insurance Carriers over the years, and I have to say, Melody and her team are the very best! You won't be disappointed!

The discount on every renewal would probably be a great experienced. The electronic payments made things simple. Via email communicating involving updating information are simple as well. I live a busy life, she able to makes things happens. I had been insured by her for 14 years.

I have been insured with many companies over the years, usually just the big corporations directly. This time I chose a local agent. Melody and the team at this Allstate office really go above and beyond. They even send hand written birthday cards! Contacting them is always easy with a phone call during business hours, and everyone there has always been helpful and kind. I have not had to submit a claim yet, but I would expect the same level of customer service if I did.

I have had Melody as my agent for over 25 years, she is great. I have gotten my families cars, renters, home owners insurance and even life insurance through her and associates. Have had different claims and they have been handled with care, efficiency and compassion. Never had a reason to feel anything but grateful for her services, not only is she my agent but a great family friend.

Melody has been the most helpful insurance agent ever! She helped me very patiently and willingly through a car accident that wasn't even billed through my insurance (the other drivers'). She also taught me what the proper order of procedures was so I wouldn't get screwed in the process. And she was prompt and thorough about getting what I needed for refinancing my home loan. I switched to her because another Allstate agent in Everett had made errors processing my car insurance set up and couldn't seem to answer questions accurately or with confidence. I'm so relieved I switched. She's personable and has a ton of experience so you really will be "in good hands"
