This is absolutely the best experience I have ever had with an insurance company. I was insured for over 30 years with another popular company and this is the first time anyone has sat down with my husband and I to explain how our policies will work. Haley Squire was responsive, thorough, and professional from start to finish. And it gets better! We are paying less money for more -and better - coverage than we had before changing over to State Farm! Outstanding all the way around.

We switched over to State Farm because our last insurance company dropped our house. Hailey has been the best insurance agent we’ve worked with in years!! We were able to bundle home and auto which is going to save us about 1200 a year!! She’s is very helpful, understanding, and easy to talk to! She has been the bright light during all of our issues that have arisen and is always willing to guide us on the steps we need to take!!

Shabonya and her team, Susan and all the other agents and state farm people like there adjusters like Mike, have all been very professional and accommodating and patient with explaining everything. And have been very timely and efficient with my whole entire claim. And have also been very well making sure there work and work of other companies have been taken care of and offered any other assistance that they could provide. I personally love being insured by shabonya state farm. And am 💯 happy with this company.
