New ownership. I wasn't excited to hear our agent had changed and was skeptical about customer service. However I feel like I've been proven wrong. Customer service seems to be great!! I've called needing cards and to ask questions, they've been great!! Kind, accurate and listened. Most of all helpful!! I'm looking forward to working with this office, which is a complete turnaround for me from several months ago!!
As soon as Farmers switched agents, the current agent tripled my rates on a vehicle that was driven less than 1500 miles a year.
Very nice owner. Got auto insurance quickly and efficiently. Would recommend Daena's company to anyone.
Do NOT use farmers insurance. If you actually need reimbursed for a claim, they will not give you the value of your lost and damaged items.
Always awesome to go in and get advice for insurance. Very helpful when you're not quite sure what all insurance you need. She set me up.
