Steve and his team are SO good at what they do. His business is the model for how all businesses should run. Incredibly fast and transparent communications and proactive customer service. Recently his team went ahead and proactively shopped rates without us asking and managed to save us about $1,000 a year, which is extra incredible considering that most insurance companies are raising rates these days!

When I bought my first house, Steve got my home and auto insurance set up, and the whole process was super easy and straightforward. Late last year, that insurance company pulled out of Wisconsin, and I made the mistake of not getting back to them to update my policies (entirely my fault; they got me new quotes promptly and did all their due diligence following up). This meant that I was uninsured for about a month without even realizing until it seemed like it was too late. When I called them in a panic, Sean was super helpful, bearing with me and talking through what needed to be done, and within a couple of hours I had the new policies set up. I REALLY appreciate how friendly and efficient he was and how easily this stressful situation got resolved!

Steve and his staff are prompt and courteous. For the last 10 years SG Insurance has take care of all our home and auto needs. Claims have been handled in a timely manner. Finally, Steve has made it a priority to make sure we are always getting the best coverage for the best price. Three times over the years he has saved us money by monitoring our coverage and keeping an eye out for savings. Highly recommended.
