I was impressed with her professionalism and personable handling of my case. She always finds the best coverage no matter when I call her - even at the end of her work day. She handles her customers with care. Also the parking lot and the premises were clean and the staff is very friendly and ready to help! State Farm has always treated my family well. I typically don’t posts reviews, but made an exception today because of the outstanding service that was provided to me by Regina. She has always treated me more like family than a customer. Quick story - while processing my title transfer for my car I had completely forgotten my proof of insurance. The tag agent was ready to turn me away which meant that I couldn’t finalize the transfer for another 2 weeks. As a last resort, I called Regina and found out that she was out of the country on vacation. I figured that it wasn’t meant to be, only to be pleasantly surprised with a text and an email a minute later from Regina with the proof of insurance that I needed.
