My experience was the best. Through no fault of theirs, I have to wait for approval. Steve Germain was so helpful. More than that he is professional, he is compassionate and worked very hard with my situation. He is so knowledgeable, and anyone starting on Medicare should talk to him first. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone. He really cares about people and wants to accommodate his clients.

By far the absolute BEST of the best experience I have had with such a crucial and pivotal event in my life. Mr Steve was so patient, so incredibly knowledgeable and answered each and every question I had and more. He went above and beyond to ensure I got the best plan that included my doctor and medicine. I was so nervous at first but at the end of this session I can sleep well knowing that I was taken care of well. Excellent customer service and takes all the time you need.
