My auto pay was denied , for myself and my husband, due to a holiday and deposit being ONE DAY DELAYED, I am a retired senior living on a fixed income. Received a letter , dated the day payment was due, stating I could not be on auto pay until I made other arrangements! I called to cancel this policy and was told to contact MY LAWYER? I informed them I will not continue business with them and will take my business elsewhere. Now, without a lawyer, this policy will lapse and I will receive no recovery of monies paid. I live in a senior community and will share this info with all 200 residents here.
