Kelli Griner has been my agent for home insurance since around 2016, she is incredible! Super patient, understands what she is selling well, and is eager to work through things and look at all possibilities. She's honest. A few years ago I had her look at the possibility of bundling my car insurance, she looked at my policy with another carrier at the time, she encouraged me to keep it because it was such a good deal. She just patiently walked through a hypothetical change with me this morning. Kelli is a rock star of an agent, I'd recommend her to anyone!

Eddie cost my family and I everything on our farm this year due to a mistake he made in our policy that he refuses to make right. If you have Eddie now as a agent, I would check your entire policy top to bottom to make sure he hasn’t set your policy up with the bare minimum coverage like he did for my business. Very unprofessional and misleading which should be illegal being a licensed agent in GA. We have filed a claim on his agent license to try to get him kicked from GA. Run far away!!!

Run far away from Eddie Simmons. He’s lazy and gotten stuck in his lazy ways. Left 5-6 messages for Eddie when we had a major claim only to not have him return my call for a week. Walked into his empty office and finally made him sit down and talk to me (he still did not want to help me), only to find out he had made serval mistakes on our farm policy. He set our entire farm up on the most basic coverage you can possibly have and still have to pay him a nice premium for it. The policy literally covered NOTHING ON OUR FARM! Run farm far away from this Thomasville branch and Eddie Simmons!
