Apologies I do not remember the people that had contacted me his name. Usually I would have just hung up on him. But there was just something about him that kept me on the phone a little longer and a little longer until an hour and a half had passed and he was very helpful and very knowledgeable. So I agreed on United health. So many benefits that I was not receiving that I could have been receiving already. So grateful that I got that phone call and kept listening. Very helpful, polite, courteous and full of information that was important to me.

The agent, Krystal, was very helpful, pleasant and informative. She also showed concern for my feelings. She made sure she had all the information needed to assist me in my request. We need more agents like Krystal.

The person that helped me pick a plan was very patient with me and answered all my questions and words I could understand. I can't remember his name right now but when I picked out the plan I was so pleased that I called the customer care and let them know I was there I'll please I was with the help I got from that gentleman

A Melvin Riveria with this company signed me up for medical insurance with Cigna and I have never even talked to this man, he had all of my personal information and enrolled me in a medical plan without my knowledge and consent. I hope he goes to jail for fraud

Spencer, was so helpful and patient... Explained everything to me thoroughly, slowly, and patiently... He was very professional and very kind.. He made me feel very comfortable.. He answered all my questions.. He listened to me when I talked... He dealt with my concerns... And I was so very happy to get on the duo health plan.. A few days later I got a call.. From the senior advisers again it was courtney... She let me know that my duo healthcare plan package was on the way.. It was being mailed to me and if I had any questions... I told her I didn't and that I was just waiting for my plan in the mail... She asked me if I had the customer service number which I did... Because spencer had gave it to me... So I am very happy to have joined the duo health care plan.. Thank you to senior heal
