Senior Advisory Insurance

I don't recommend this company. I stopped into the office, in person, to make an appointment with an advisor almost 2 weeks ago. Ryan, nicely & enthusiastically, took all my info. I was told the CEO makes all the appointments. Should have been a red flag. Companies have assistants for that. When you check their website, they appear to have plenty of staff. Apparently not. Never received a call. I finally finished applying for benefits on my own.

This company is an absolute nightmare, I have asked, reminded, pleaded and demanded for them to stop cold calling me and all to no avail. For the last six months. They call at all times of the day, with no regard for working people nor peace in ones home. They always call from a new number from multiple area codes, as I have blocked them each and Everytime I receive a new cold call. I hope someone puts together a class action suit for harassment over an extended period of time and I'd happily join. I also have no way of knowing how they got my information to contact me or my permission for that matter but I hope they go out of business so I can live my days in peace. Shame on this company.

Answered all my questions and more. I could tell they cared and she walked me through benefits I didn't understand in a pleasant atmosphere.

I'm so glad we have them helping with our health insurance needs. Very friendly staff and very efficient.
