Well, to make a short story long, last fall my husband and I decided to have our homeowners and the automobile insurance looked over by someone other than we had it with. Turns out we actually saved so much money by walking into the agents door, sitting down with him and going through it thoroughly. Could not be happier with how our spur of the moment visit turned out. I highly recommend this agency. Thank you for asking.

Had my homeowners with them for several years. They answered any questions they had. When my homeowners was due for renewal I did a price check with a few other companies and found out they were about $500 higher with the same coverage. I called to cancel my policy and I received a very rude and sarcastic woman on the phone. She wished me "good luck" and laughed at me. When I sent my cancellation notice I wrote about this encounter and never received a message back. I wish nothing but the best but would not recommend them at this time.

I always say representation is everything. I wanted to leave my review, about 3 weeks ago because I wanted to leave a review based off experience and not just emotions. So I waited and here I am. Three weeks ago I called Heritage to let them know I was canceling and switching insurance because I received a much better quote through Progressive. There were three vehicles on my policy, along with renters insurance. Based off my new policy I was being charge $500 more than I am now with my current insurance provider. My complaint is the high cost of 3 vehicles, but mostly Melissa. She has a very nasty disposition and an even nastier attitude. This is my experience with her. If you had a better one, good for you. I have been with Nationwide for many years and have never had an issue. They are always helpful and their prices are fair. I would recommend Heritage insurance to anyone who wants good people to take care of you. They are always nice and are very good at their jobs.

Matt Hunt is the kindest, most helpful insurance agent I’ve ever had. He is a down-to-earth kind of guy, knowledgeable in all service lines, pays attention to details and gets back to me in a timely manner. I highly recommend Matt and this agency!
