Selective Underwriting and Claims Service Center

Very upset with this company, we have 17 vehicles insured through them and our first claim has taken over a month to process and still has no end in sight. We will be switching insurance companies immediately, not only auto but everything else. I’ve lost faith that my claim will be processed and I’ll have to come out of pocket for my repairs and the other involved party. Antonio Dunlap is lazy, unresponsive, and unfit for his job, and his supervisor Tyrone Williams is just an apologist for bad business practices that will not be changed. Steer clear of this company!

Not a customer, but am part of a claim caused by their insured. They have had my car at the salvage yard for 2 weeks and no word about vehicle. Salvage yard says they haven't even came out and inspected the vehicle yet. This is after it sat in my driveway for 2 weeks waiting for them to have it picked up. Can't get anyone to respond back to me, no clear answers when they were in contact with me. The accident was over a month ago.

Well, every situation is different. I'm about 6 years with Selective. Have both-home and car insured. Never had any problems! They always cooperative and fast. Will stay with them forever.

Selective Insurance Co. failed to pay for the total amount of the estimate, beware and DON"T SIGN the release form till the vehicles repairs are complete. Thats one way they will get you!!!!!

Nice people and safe place. Well lit parking lot. Pleasant atmosphere and comfortable feeling.
