I called the number on the Progressive auto insurance policy and was told my agent is Amanda. The agent listed on the policy card is “Seibertkeck Insurance Agency” so I will not limit this review to a person. I only see positive reviews of agents on here so I am assuming those reviews were solicited by the agents and encouraged by the company. My family has renewed its policy with Progressive through this agent and we rarely needed help. The ONE time I called and needed roadside assistance I was given a wrong ETA and made to wait in the freezing cold for an unanticipated 2.5 hours. The agent went on explaining to me that this happens. Excuse me for expecting better! I guess that’s how they remain Progressive agents!
