This company took advantage of my elderly mother at a low point in her life. They used scare tactics to sell her useless term life insurance. Now, when we need to get her on Medicaid, they have been elusive and unhelpful. If we don't get Medicaid because of them, she will die. Not hyperbole. Without Medicaid she will die. Stay away from this terrible company.

Our agent, Roseann Vandevender has been wonderful. During the pandemic I needed to change my medical insurance as I started on Medicare. Roseann assisted every step of the way and now we are considering purchasing Life Insurance as well.

Tom Maher is my agent and I don't think I could ever find a more conscientious person, to help me with my Supplemental Humana policy. Anytime I have a question or need to find out if or how much something is covered, I know I can call him in a heartbeat! I don't have to wade through all of those books and "red tape" that so often come with insurance. I would highly recommend!

When getting ready to retire I wasn't sure who to contact about retirement. One day someone knocked on my door and it was John Tilton. We talked a while and started the process. When all was said and done I had a very good insurance policy that totally beats anything I had when I was working. He went on and put me in touch with a financial advisor who helped set up my social security and other retirement payments. The whole bankers life team are awesome.
