Overprice.no many options after talk to a agent I will shopping around.not happy at all.

Over price costumer service suck they don’t have enough people to get you over price or anything at all lack of professionalism is very high they get rude to you and event change the tone of their voice I have several times where they just hang out the phone and ignore my calls I will not recommend this place

While their staff initially appeared helpful when transitioning my insurance policy to Erie, their lack of attention to detail and poor communication caused significant issues. They retroactively charged us for coverage for my daughter, claiming she was a "regular driver" during a period when she was a first-year student living on campus without a vehicle—a fact they could have easily verified had they done their due diligence. Despite providing clear evidence and explaining that her status as a non-driver was documented with our previous insurer, their handling of the situation was dismissive and inaccurate. I called for a general liability quote and was told someone would call me back because no one was available. In the end, someone called me to tell me that they couldn't offer me service because they didn't even have a company that wanted to give me coverage due to a claim. The truth is that person seemed to be very serious or seemed drugged for nothing professional. the following day I called another agency and they offered me coverage instantly. The truth is very disappointing about this company, I do not recommend it to anyone
