I had prepared myself by looking through my current coverage beforehand (auto & home), going through all the coverage items. -- Valeria was EXCELLENT in guiding me through the various coverage options, she was patient with me and kind, and she explained the value of certain coverage levels, compared to my cost savings. What was worthwhile to keep, what I might want to add, and where I could get some savings that make a difference in my monthly insurance premium. Valeria was great to work with, and I feel confident that I have a great value at a more manageable price for my budget. In addition, I know that StateFarm's insurance coverage is dependable and worth it.
