Security National is a Great company. I highly recommend them for pre need planning. I used them for my mothers pre need as well as my sisters and my nephew’s pre need arrangements. The customer service is amazing. They are always kind, polite snd very professional.

I needed insurance for a family member who was rejected by some because of age. They sold us a good policy. Also they have been easy to work with. The policy also holds cash value for borrowing if ever needed.

Don't waste your time trying to update policy payment method on the SNL website ! Website is 15 yrs behind the times. Don't bother adding or changing beneficiaries. It will take you several days of calls and then you really don't know!
