Secretary of State Office

This was the worst Chinese food I have ever eaten. I asked for Mongolian beef with lo mein noodles (I got ramen noodles with very little Mongolian beef). That was the worst shrimp fried rice that I have ever seen in my life. This restaurant must be low on supplies. The red sauce was like water. Egg drop soup was like water with a little bit of egg at the bottom. Wonton soup did not look like one time. And the crispy the things that go into the soup what's stale. I used to go to this place over 20 or 30 years ago. It used to be the best Chinese food restaurant. Assume that the daughter and somebody else done took over the cook. The cook oh my God cook No No. I spent over $40 in this restaurant. And was very very disappointed can't even eat the food. It was terrible. My last meal before I

We came into this a Secretary of State, Near one of my players without an appointment. The mom was having a hard time so I took time on my day and was able to do a walk-in. Shanae Took her time and patiently helped her.

Made a 6:20pm appointment on a Wednesday. Was called right up to the service window and serviced efficiently by the woman. Great experience.

The best experience at an sos appointment, staff Ms.Donyale went above and beyond, saved the day. Smooth and easy process and transitions. So grateful for her!

Mrs Kim was super sweet and helpful!!! The best conversation and talked us through changing tabs. Really down to earth and understanding. Got the insurance changed from Texas to Michigan. This was the best experience of any Secretary of State visit. 25/25 :-)
