My father had been with State Farm ,after his passing I continued to stay with them . It seemed that every time I called the person I would speak to was Lawana Felix who is always professional, polite and jovial . She is always willing to assist. If she said that she would give me a return call she definitely honored her word. I look forward to speaking with Lawana Felix when I make my monthly payment .
