Alma seems to be a very angry and bitter person. She ran me out within 5 mins. Her judgment and criticism was not only unwarranted, but wholly unprofessional to the extent that I am writing this review will never ever patron this business. Instead, I will drive to another location. Additionally, I sensed a level of incompetence and you’ll probably receive a better rate elsewhere

I have been a customer for many many years. I have always dealt with Alma and she is horrible. I cringe every time I have to call the office. She is not a people person, rude, unprofessional has no customer service experience. I have complained to the owner himself but never did anything about it. I no longer call the Detroit office but I am dealing with west Bloomfield office. I have been working with Jake and he is professional and happy to assist. If you can find a different company all together.., do so and save your self the headache.

Curtis was super helpful, never had this easy of time dealing with insurance! Absolutely no complaints !

Been a member over 20 years. Mr Wallace himself is a very good and friendly owner and agent. However their agent ALMA is rude and not very customer friendly. I've recommended so many people and they all say the same. It's embarrassing. Many times she knew that was not a person's rate and still would be rude. Resulting in calling Mr Clifford himself. She's not the owner but she acts like it.

They have a fully staffed office. Everyone seemed courteous and professional. But the main agent seated on the front left side of the office stands out ahead of the rest. She's a bilingual professional that really cares to help customers with insurance needs. She seemed honest, caring and sincere. She had realistic and common sense advise and was not too pushy to accomplish a sale. They sell different insurance products not just AAA, and she really tries hard to compare different products to produce a more affective but economical solution. Would definitely go to them again for my insurance needs.
