Sean Hiller is amazing; he goes above and beyond to help and you can see that he cares to get issues resolved in a prompt and professional manner. He helped us advocate for a solution to a problem that was with a different department in Allstate and without his help we would not have successfully gotten our claim processed. I switched over to Allstate a few years ago after my previous policy from another was going up 52% (for car insurance). Sean and his team have been very helpful ever since, especially when I call with a bunch of questions. I haven’t had a claim yet so I can’t say how it would go, but if it’s anything like the service I’ve had so far, then it would be smooth! I really like the fact that when I call, I always talk to the same person. It makes it much more personable. I usually talk to Max, who is a literal angel, but I also have spoken with Megan and Sean. Everybody is so kind and knowledgeable! I would highly recommend this agency.
