As much as having our sewer line replaced has been a major project, the claims process with Jason as our adjuster went great. Really appreciated him making the insurance claims process as smooth as possible.

We had a situation back in May of this year where our Master Bedroom had to be mitigated requiring our carpet and padding to be removed and the entire room to be sanitized. Justin Wilcox with Auto-Owners launched our homeowner's claim and became our adjustor. He has been extremely professional and communicative through the entire process from the time of mitigation to the completion of our renovation that just ended this month. 5 months later, I have my bedroom back. Having a very good understanding of how claims work (had my own insurance business for 35 years), I must compliment the final process of our roof claim closing from the May 10, 2023 hailstorm.
