My review leans more towards the auto shop state farm sent me to as their preferred shop. My pickup sat in the shop for almost 3 months which is totally unacceptable. They took 7 weeks to get a rear panel in because they said they received 3 that were damaged. Then I asked if it would be done in about a week and I was told we have to order the bumper which again took another 4 weeks because they ordered the wrong one. Why wasn't the bumper ordered so it could be put on right away. When I was told I could finally take it home after 11 weeks I had to bring it back because the right blinkers and tail light didn't work so I had to take it back to the shop. The owner told me he had a new wash boy that forgot to check the vehicles. A few days later I was supposed to go out of town. I opened the
