Farmers Insurance - David Dolechek

This company raised our hail deductible and reduced coverage without requiring a signature. They raised our deductible from 1500 to 5110. It's a disgusting thing to do. When our premium increases and our coverage decreases without requiring a signature. What I thought was an honest and good insurance company is just as corrupt as the rest. Sure, we didn't read the fine print when our insurance renewed, the online version doesn't really specify. It only says all perils deductible 1500 and wind/hail 1%...but they also made sure to just slide it in there to hopefully go unnoticed.

Dolechek's Farmers Insurance Branch has great people. Buying insurance is based on rates and you can do it online. When you meet the people here you will experience what it means to have an insurance agent rather than a voice on the phone reading off insurance quotes.

Great customer service! Love the coverage and could not ask for a better agent! I have learned more about my insurance and better understand what I needed and now have. The girl up front is also super friendly and sweet.
