I have been with State Farm for over five years anytime I have an issue or a problem they always take care of it. Ariel has outstanding Customer service and always going to be beyond to help solve any issue I may have. Also, Ariel help me and my family to save with the drive safe beacon and we were able to get the 30% discount and we save a lot of money Thanks, Ariel And the entire team for an outstanding job.

Terrible customer service. Promise to call back and never do. Took over 3 days just to get a binder for a new vehicle added to my policy. Needed a last minute change to the binder on a Friday to be able to finalize a purchase and called the office 30 minutes before they closed. They answered the phone and I explained about the change. Was put on hold for 30 minutes and than hung up on. Called several and they never picked up the phone again. Called the 1800 number and was told that unfortunately only the office can make the change to the binder. Now I have to wait until Monday to finalize my purchase because they decided not to help me close to closing time.

I’m surprised you haven’t fired your entire team!! It is ridiculous how long it takes to get anything done at this place, being placed on hold for hours please bring back Esmerita or Ariel!!! what a waste of time

Ariel Fuentes is an amazing, friendly, kind and patient agent working at this location. I had a serious issue with my monthly premium and he hold there phone line for one hour until he got a State Farm customer service personnel to resolve my issue. Ariel is awesome and I’m so happy he was willing and able to help me. Ariel is a shining star.
