Hard to believe but I have been doing business with Craig Savant State Farm since 1994. Over the years all of employees have been a great help right up to this day with all of my insurance needs from Auto life home. I highly recommend the hard-working team over at Craig Savant StateFarm.

This agency is amazing. I switched over recently and they have been so attentive. Tania took the time to review all my policies with me and advise me. Called initially with questions and Debra answered the phone. I’m a first time insurance buyer and was panicking when I couldn’t make an online account after paying for insurance. She made sure when on the phone to see if she could print out my policy and knew who I was quickly when I came in to get. So thankful for her help as I’m getting everything set up in Florida.

I have been with this State Farm agency since 2011. My initial and ensuing contacts over the years with Stephanie were outstanding. She had always been extremely conscientious, friendly and exceedingly helpful. Her knowledge, professionalism and people skills were stellar. Over the past few years, I have been in contact with other representatives of the agency. While they have been generally friendly, I find it very frustrating and irresponsible that phone calls are not returned. This has occurred often over the last few years. I’m annoyed that I have to call again on my own when calls are not returned. If I reach the answering service and leave a message, call are generally not returned. If I continued to work with someone like Stephanie, my rating would be 5+ stars.
