Nicole Martinez has been my insurance agent for almost a year and she is always most helpful, resourceful and friendly. She will answer my questions no matter what time it is in the day - she handles both my auto and home insurance. I'm originally from Philadelphia, PA. I was previously insured by State Farm Mutual Since the day I started driving in December of 1969, (54 Years as of Dec. 2023) In 2015 I moved to Daytona Beach, FL and had no problem moving my policy here. In 2017 I went back to Philly, and again had no problem moving my policy back to Philly. In Dec. 2023, I contacted a State Farm agent here in Melbourne to have my policy again transferred here to Florida, as i was preparing to relocate again. Now, mind you, I was supposedly receiving ALL of the available discounts from State Farm, as I had a perfect record with them.
