The worst insurance company you could ever go to. They quote wrong!!!! They even waited until after purchasing the car to say they made a mistake on the quote! A $100 a month extra mistake! That's not a mistake. That's saying this company doesn't know what they're doing. Thank goodness for other providers after going through a storm with Schumacher insurance.

Schumacher doesn't need or want new business. I tried to get a quote for two houses, a 90 acre farm, a tractor with implements and four vehicles. I hand delivered the information to their Brooksville office and they never called or mailed with any information.

Owner went above and beyond when we had a car totaled. The insurance company was playing games and tried to pull our rental out from under us, and then delayed payback to the point we almost missed a sale on our replacement car. One call to the local folks resolved the issue in both cases. They may not be the cheapest in town, but local folks matter, and the service was great.
