I never got to meet the men in the business, but the ladies on staff are exceptional people. Friendly and helpful and treated me like family on my first visit - and through subsequent phone calls. Rates are very affordable.

Lines go down for weeks and request you contact them on facebook to do business and cancel your insurance without notifying you. Switched offices to Lexington and much happier.

Only reason they didn't get 5 stars is because you can't create a new policy with them online or in app They will take money for renewal of membership but won't let me reoopen a closed policy or create a new one. Closed on Saturday and Sunday so have to wait till Monday to get insurance through them.

Keep raising premiums with the excuse always have a raise and keeps saying its state wide, no other insurance I have which is 3 others companies I have active on various vehicles had no raise. Why only Kentucky Farm Bureau Insurance in Mason County? if it was state wide. No tickets no accidents sounds like you have gone fishing. Sounds more like a gouge raise.Guess will be looking for another insurance company. Great staff, but Franchise owner seems greedy. Must be a gambler.
