Schindler Agency LLC: Allstate Insurance

I had a poor and untimely response to my policy questions from the Schindler Agency in Centerville. My complaint to the owner, while answered, reinforced my conclusion that this agency is less than customer focused. Therefore, after many years with this agency, I moved my business to a new local agency. I actually paid a bit more for the similar policies. However, as they say, you get what you pay for. Better local customer care and a far higher quality underwriting insurance!

Allstate has provided great coverage over the many years my husband and I have been part of the Allstate family. They have been thorough and quick to resolve any claim whether minor or major. Very courteous and professional. I would highly recommend.

Descent. The coverage itself was good. But the slow response time and astronomical prices made me switch to McFall & Sons.The experience I had today with Aron at your South Africa office was absolutely fantastic. ***% better than I recently received from the Local Branch my coverage was through. I spoke to them ( Schindler ) back on the 17th to cancel my coverage for the 2nd time ( first time being on 11/3/23 ). The gentleman I spoke ro at the Schindler Agency at *** South Dixie Drive in Vandalia Ohio assured me after a lengthy prompt ( about their continuous problems in having enough staff to answer live calls with humans ) that he was going to cancel my policy [again] immediately. That was not taken care of ( again ). Out of politeness I have omitted the Representative's name. It is trul

Zero accountability and not much help resolving a very basic vandalism case. My policy had lapsed due to a minor billing issue and I was left SOL and had to pay for the damages myself. I consistently got the runaround and very bad service. I will be dropping Allstate as soon as possible.

AVOID THIS AGENCY! You are NOT IN GOOD HANDS! This agency does not provide accurate information regarding active Auto Policies. I have filed a Complaint against them with the Ohio Department of Insurance. They have zero loyalty to long time customers, and their rate increases are unjustified for Homeowners. To make matters worse, they have a disregarding attitude to their customers. A lot of the Reps in the office are also Rude. The only thing that is going to make them care, is if they start losing a significant number of customers, and do not replace them with new ones.
