I have been with State Farm for nearly 38 years. I started with their agent Doug McDermott and transitioned to Cameron Titlow when Doug passed away. I've always received friendly, polite, prompt assistance from both the agents and their office staff. If they don't know the answer off the top of their head, they'll research it and call back. Sometimes, you get what you pay for and some times you don't. However, I consider State Farm coverage for our cars and home as well as their staff an excellent value for my money. (Dayton, Ohio)
