I have been with them for years and honestly don't know why. The customer service is horrible, they rarely answer the phone, and take forever to get back to you. It's always frustrating when you call a place of business and no one answers the phone, especially an insurance agency. It's happened to me twice here in the last week, my homeowners insurance was non-renewed and expires in four days. They were notified of the non-renewal back in January, as was I, plenty of time to act. Lucky I don't have a mortgage on the house, I would look elsewhere for insurance.
