It has been a year since Hurricane Milton severely damaged our home. We are mostly repaired and back to normal, no thanks to Roberts Insurance Group. Our agent never came to our home, in fact, I have never met him. When our wind claim went very wrong, the agent wouldn't even talk to me on the phone. I emailed about the bad insurance adjustment process and got no solutions to adjusters that either didn't know their jobs or didn't care. Roberts Insurance sells Frontline Insurance for wind casualty/hurricane. The 'inside' or insurance company adjusters are in Houston, Texas. They sent out adjusters from Louisiana. The adjuster spent about 15 minutes on our claim and drove off. We got an immediate claim denial. I then had to spend the next 4 months arguing every day to get any settle

I am not through with my transaction for my insurance yet and will update if things go south. BUT when I tell you I have already had such a great experience with Stacy I mean it. I called several other "locally owned" insurance places and they tell me they will get back in a few days with quotes and then I have to call a few more times with still no answers. Stacy told me she would get back to me in 2 days and like clock work she called me and emailed me a detailed quote right when she said she word.I Work with the public in my own career in Venice and plan to brag whole heartedly about how great of an experience I've already had with roberts insurance.
