Whenever we have had a claim, they were on it lickity split !! Always prompt in response. Always professional. The agents are kind , patient and understanding. I would recommend Scheurell agency to anyone.
I was a little disappointed the first visit, but my second visit was a very nice experience. It is not my agency, but I do you they have been in business as far back as the 1970's when I lived in Delavan.
