I’m truly disappointed with my experience. I’ve been a loyal customer, and this was my first accident—a collision with a deer. Instead of support, I’ve dealt with constant problems. I was never given a list of repair shops to choose from; State Farm chose one on their own with a three-month wait. They also failed to sign me up for rental coverage, and then tried offering a discounted rental for $20 a day for three months—on top of my insurance and car payment. There was no sense of urgency throughout this process. I had to find my own repair shop, and when I did, your inspector wanted to use second-hand parts on my vehicle, something I was never informed was part of your policy. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ In a moment of need, Mark Hensley’s State Farm office was there for me. As a longtime State Farm customer, I recently found myself in dire need of notary services. None of the local banks could help, and I was running out of options. On a whim, I stopped into my friendly neighborhood State Farm office, not even sure if this was something they offered. Mark Hensley and Jenna could tell I was in a tough spot, and even though it’s not a service they normally provide, they went above and beyond to help their neighbor. From the moment I walked in to the door's State Farm Jingle- it was warm, and genuine care I received, I knew I was in the right place. Mark and Jenna truly live up to the State Farm reputation—you can trust them to take care of you, too.

All of the staff at Mark Hensley's office are friendly, helpful and knowledeable. We have been with them for many years through many life changes. They know us after all of these years and continue to always be supportive and helpful in any needs we have. I will keep them for as long as they will have me❤️

so far not happy with the way my claim is going. they keep calling me the wrong name even though I have corrected them, and our file has my proper name on there.
