Save More Insurance

AVOID LIKE FIRE!!! I came in for the first time looking to speak to the owner, being a business owner myself. The goal was to find a local broker I can trust for my auto insurance needs. As another review mentioned, Kaycee/KC? (not the owner) met me with a rude attitude right away and continued our interaction very much short-handed. Her replies were dry, with no intent to earn my business as a customer whatsoever. Not to mention that the one and only quote she gave me was ±25% more than their competition anyway. Needless to say I not only won't ever return myself, but will actively warn the hundreds of fellow business owners and other potential customers I network with to stay far away.

BEWARE! just remember their name Save More , But when they have to pay out a total loss . They will not pay off your lien holder leaving you the money left owed for you to pay . Do you research before paying this company .

Very frustrated with my "current" insurance policy with poor service and toooooo many exclusions. We went to Delia for assistance and were VERY impressed with her professional response. We canceled our existing home & auto policies and made the change over to SafeCo & Delia. We highly recommend Delia and her outstanding service.

Our policies for Home, and auto have been held thru Save more for 9 years now. Every time Delia is always so quick to help on any updates we have needed. Very happy customers!

We came from out of state. When we called I spoke to K.C. I gave her all of our information on our current policy. She was very professional and great customer service. She gave me a estimate quote. Told me to come in when we arrived in Washington. Then that's were it got interesting. I met with K.C at there office. Her attitude and customer service change. She explained Rudely, that people don't know they can see everything on there current insurance. That she base our original quote off what I told her. We had been with one insurance company over 18 years. 2 different insurance brokers. There was a claim we weren't aware of. Apparently our last broker updated our insurance policy and he started it under a new policy we weren't aware of that either. Our insurance showed
