Because of extenuating circumstances and through no fault of my own, I needed a new car insurance policy. Tammy was absolutely wonderful and worked tirelessly to get me a comparable policy, working through every obstacle that was thrown her way. She went to bat for me on more than one occasion, spent quite a bit of time with me on the phone and is highly knowledgeable about the insurance industry. Not only that, she is cheerful, patient, persistent, and very kind. I knew I was in capable hands and she eased my stress tremendously. I have been with Erie/Saucon Valley Insurance Services for about 20 years--their customer service is TOP NOTCH!! I do call frequently to add and delete vehicles and it is never a problem--they always are right on top of things!!
